Phase A - Combine Phase A in a side vessel and begin heating to 75°C. Phase B - Once Phase A reaches at least 50°C, add Phase B to Phase A. Continue to heat and mix to 75°C. Phase C - In a separate vessel, combine Phase C until a uniform powder forms. Once Phase AB reaches temperature, slowly add Phase C to Phase AB with rapid mixing. A uniform opaque solution should begin to form. Phase D - Combine Phase D in main vessel and heat to 75°C. At temperature, add Phase ABC to Phase D slowly and increase mixing speed as needed to form a stable emulsion. Once uniform, discontinue heat and cool to 40°C. Phase E - Add Phase E to Phase ABCD and mix thoroughly. Continue cooling to room temperature.
