Phase A: Premix glycerin and xanthan gum; add into mixing vessel with water. Add the remaining Phase A ingredients in the order listed in the formula. Phase B: In separate vessel, combine Phase B ingredients while homogenizing until the phase is smooth, creamy. Switch to standard mixing, then slowly add Phase A to Phase B while mixing until the phase AB is well emulsified and free from any lumps. Phase C: Add Natursol EMI 132 to AB phase keep mixing until uniform and smooth.
Appearance: White cream. pH: 7.5-8.5. Viscosity: 30,000-53,000 cPs. Stability: Passed three months @ RT,40°C and 6°C.
