Procedure

Heat components of phase A and phase B separately to 80°C with mixing. Dissolve Parsol HS in phase D in water and adjust pH >7. Add phase B to phase A while mixing. Homogenize @ 13800 rpm for 2 minutes. Cool down the emulsion to 45°C and add phases C, D and E successively with mixing. Homogenize again @ 13800 rpm for 1 minute.
