Procedure

Heat water of Phase A to 80C. Add Phase A components through Nicacinamide PC separately to the vessel with mixing. Separately blend and grind Pigments and add to Phase A. Disperse with mixing and homogenizing. Add remaining ingredients of Phase A to vessel while keeping temperature at 80C and mixing. In separate vessel, combine components of Phase B with mixing while heating to 85C. When uniform, add Phase B to Phase A. Add Phase C to Phase A/B while mixing. Homogenize until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained. Begin cooling to room temperature. To avoid re-crystallization of Parsol HS ensure ph ~7. If needed, adjust pH by addition Phase D. When batch is cooled to <40C, add Phase E with mixing.
