Add phase A to main vessel with shear mixing. Note: Disperse Stabylen 30 slowly. Once powder is fully saturated, add phase B to main vessel in order under continued shear mixing. Q.S. phase C to pH 6.0 to 6.5 under continuous mixing. Once at desired pH, add phase D in order under continuous mixing. Add phase E to main vessel under continuous mixing. Once uniform, check pH and make slight adjustments if needed. Transfer to final container.
