Combine ingredients in Phase A and mix well. Combine ingredients in Phase B1 and disperse Silmer Sustain-H while mixing for at least 10 minutes. Disperse Phase B2 (ZnO and TiO one after another) into Phase B1 until uniform. Add Phase B3 into batch, heat up to 85°C until uniform, then mix well. After mixed, cool batch to RT. Blend well using Silverson Homogenizer at 10,000 rpm for 2 minutes. Add Phase A under moderate mixing rate. After addition, high shear 1,500 rpm for 2 minutes. Add Phase C and Phase D ingredients one by one while mixing.
