Add water to the main vessel and begin mixing with moderate agitation. Slowly add Farmal Konjac 1320 (avoid clumping) and mix until homogenous. Add Glystar A31 and continue mixing. Begin heating to 70-75°C. To a side vessel, add all Phase 2 ingredients and begin heating to 70-75°C (begin mixing once solids begin to melt). Once Phase 1 and 2 are at 70-75°C, add Phase 2 to Phase 1 and mix until homogenous. Homogenize for several minutes (if available). Continue to mix batch while reducing the temperature to 25-30°C. Once temperature reaches 40°C, slowly begin to add Phase 3 ingredients individually and mix until homogenous. Continue cooling. When adding Multisal Vitamic C, add slowly with moderate mixing as to reduce shear when possible. Mix until homogenous. Add any remaining Phase 3 ingredients. When batch is at 25-30°C and homogenous, QC batch.
Appearance: Off-white viscous balm. Odor: Kaduka plum. Initial viscosity: 9,000-14,000 cps. pH: 5.75-6.75
