Procedure

In main vessel, add phase A, mix, and heat to 60°C. In a separate vessel, combine phase B, mix and heat to 45°C. Add phase C to phase B and continue heating to 80°C. At temperature, switch to homogenizing (3,000 rpm for 30 seconds) and slowly add phase BC to phase A. Mix until uniform and then discontinue heat and homogenizing. Switch to propeller mixing and begin cooling to 60°C. At temperature, add phase D with mixing at 500rpm until uniform. The solution should become slightly viscous. Continue to cool to 50°C. Add phase E to phase ABCD and allow the mixture to disperse the color uniformly. If needed, homogenize once more to disperse the color evenly and continue to cool to 40°C. Add phase F to phase ABCDE and mix until uniform. Cool to 25-30°C and transfer to holding vessel.
