Add water to the manufacturing vessel and initiate agitation. Add Protacide Na2-P and mix to dissolve. Slowly add Protaquat 10 and mix to completely disperse. Add Protachem BSCB and mix until uniform. Add Protacide DMDM-H and mix until uniform. Adjust the pH to 6.0-6.5 with citric acid. Add fragrance and color and mix until uniform.
