Heat propanediol to 90°C. Then add the L-Ascorbic Acid. Mix at medium shear speed until dissolved. Cool down phase C to 60°C and keep the temperature. In a separate sanitized container combine Phase A ingredients; heat to 60°C; mix until wax is melted. Add Silmer Sustain-H in Phase B to Phase A at medium shear speed and mix until homogenous. Once Phase C and Phase A+B are at 60°C, add very slowly Phase C to Phase A+B under high shear. Gradually increase speed as the amount of Phase C is added. Once added, mix at a high shear speed of 1,500 rpm for 5 minutes while the sample is cooling to RT. Homogenize at RT at 5,000 rpm for 3 minutes. Add fragrance in Phase D until dispersed.
