Procedure

Heat and mix Phase A (main kettle) and Phase B separately while stirring at 80°C until uniform. Add Phase B into Phase A while stirring and homogenize for 3-5 min. until uniform. Cool to 50°C, add ingredients in Phase C and D slowly to main batch, one at a time. Mix until uniform. In separate vessels, combine ingredients in Phase E, and Phase F. Combine Phase E and F. Add ingredients in Phase E and F to batch while mixing until uniform.
