(Hot Process): Sequentially combine Phase A ingredients with mixing. Combine Phase B ingredients and disperse into Phase A. Then heat to 85°C. Combine Phase C ingredients and heat to 85-90°C while mixing. Slowly emulsify Phase C into Phase AB while stirring and homogenize with a Silverson/Ultra Turrax at 1,000 rpm for 2 minutes. Allow to cool to 40°C with prop mixing before adding Phase D ingredients.
Aspect: Pink cream. pH: 4.98. Viscosity (20 rpm): 7,380 cPs. Specific Gravity: 1.14. Stability: Stable at least 2 months at 4°C, 25°C and 40°C.
