Phase A: Mix A1 ingredients with a disperser until homogeneous. Measure the refractive index. Then, add A2 to A1 mixture. Phase B: Mix B1, and then, add B2 and B3 under stirring. Measure its refractive index. Measure its refractive index. If refractive index is too low, add glycol or glycerin. If refractive index is too high, add water. Emulsify by adding B to A under low shearing (700 to 1000RPM). Then, increase speed up to 3000RPM.
