Prepare phase A, using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, Ultra-Turrax) to disperse the thickener. Heat to 85°C. Prepare phase B and heat to 75-80°C. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit. Cool to room temperature under gentle stirring. Add phase C and mix until uniform.
(25°C): Appearance—Shiny white lotion; Viscosity—7,000–10,000 mPa∙s (10 rpm, Brk, RVDV-E, T-B, after 24 hours at room temperature); pH—6.0–7.0.
