Tarang has served in his current role at e.l.f. Beauty since 2014. He has more than 25 years of consumer products experience building brands, leading innovation, and assembling high performance teams. Previously, Tarang served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Schiff Nutrition. Prior to Schiff, he was vice president, general manager of The Clorox Company’s $1.7 billion Litter, Food and Charcoal businesses. He began his career at Procter & Gamble where he held various management positions. Tarang earned his B.A. in international policy and M.B.A. from Duke University.
Barbosa is Natura & Co.’s CEO as well as board member to Itaú- Unibanco, CBMM (Niobium technology supplier) and Ambev. Additionally, Barbosa is on the board for the Endeavor Institute of CLP (Public Leadership Center – Brazil). Prior to Natura & Co, Barbosa served as CEO to Banco ABN Amro Real, Santander Brazil, Febraban and Abril Media. In 2011 Barbosa was recognized by the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce in NY as Person of the Year, and in 2012 he received the Champions of the Earth award for his entrepreneurial vision by the United Nations.
Beck is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ecolab Inc., a leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. Prior to becoming President and CEO on Jan. 1, 2021, Beck was Ecolab’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Beck has held several senior leadership roles at Ecolab, including Executive Vice President and President of the Global Industrial Group; Executive Vice President and President of Nalco Water, an Ecolab company; and Executive Vice president and President of International Regions. Previously, Beck was Executive Vice President and President of Global Integration, overseeing the integration of Nalco following Ecolab’s acquisition of the company in 2011. His earlier roles at Ecolab include executive vice president, Institutional Sector; senior vice president and general manager, Institutional Foodservice – North America; and senior vice president, Corporate Marketing and Strategy. Prior to joining Ecolab in 2007, Beck was senior executive at Nestlé for 16 years. Earlier in his career, he worked on a space shuttle project for the European Space Agency. Education: Beck holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
Constantine co-founded Lush alongside five friends in Poole, UK in 1995. Having started as one shop in England, Lush now has over 900 shops around the world across 52 countries. For 27 years, Constantine has been a driving force to the company challenging the beauty packaging industry through Lush’s package free products. Prior to Lush Cosmetics Constantine created Cosmetics To Go, a mail order business that collapsed soon after conception. Mark Constantine and his wife Mo both received Order of the British Empire (OBE) and was put in the Queen’s New Years Honours list in 2010 for their service to the beauty industry. Since 2010 Mark Constantine has been named five times as one of London’s 1000 Most Influential People in the Environment and Business Brains categories. He was also named in BBC Wildlife magazine as one of the 50 most influential people for British wildlife in 2015.
Linda Chen took over of the company after the passing of her husband and Markwins Beauty Brands (MBB) founder Eric Chen in 2021. Eric Chen founded the company in 1984 and since then launched its first brands The Color Workshop and The Color Institute. In 2003 MBB acquired AM Cosmetics including Wet N Wild and Black Radiance. MBB expanded again from 2015-2018 with the acquisition of Lip Smacker, LORAC Cosmetics and Bonne Bell. Linda Chen has worked in multiple positions with MBB since its inception before taking the role of CEO.
Dahnke is L Catterton’s co-CEO with a broad range of business experience in consulting, private equity, operating management and finance sectors. Prior to joining L Catteron 20 years ago, Dahnke severed as Managing Director at DB Capital Partners, Managing Director at AEA Investors LP, CEO for Infogroup US (now Data Axle), and a partner for McKinsey & Company. Dahnke graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and received academic honors and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Katz currently serves as President and CEO to Parlux overseeing finance, administration, mergers and acquisitions for all of the company’s divisions. Katz has worked with the company in various managerial positions since 1994. Currently Katz also serves as President to Perfumania Holdings, the parent company to Parlux Fragrances. Prior to Parlux and Perfumania, Katz served as Executive Vice President to Quality King Distributors and Director and executive Vice President to Model Reorg Inc.
Malmhake is Oriflame Cosmetics CEO with extensive experience in brand building. Before being appointed CEO, Malmhake served as board member to the company as well as Chairman and CEO to The Absolut Company and Irish Distillers Pernod Richard. She also has previous experience into consumer insights with Procter & Gamble working in that division of P&G. Malmhake is a graduate of Stockholm University.
Marteau currently serves as CEO to the L’Occitane Group following the departure of André Hoffmann, who had worked for the Group since 2016. Prior to his appointment of CEO, Marteau served as L’Occitane’s managing director. With more than 20 years of experience in the global beauty industry, Marteau has worked at the LVMH Group and the La Prairie Group. While at LVMH, Marteau held various senior management roles in various countries. In 2014 he joined La Prairie Group as VP for global travel retail and special channels as well as joined the board of directors. He later served as vice president for the Americas, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Mcfayden is currently the CEO of the Walgreens Boots Alliance company No7 Beauty.
McNamara is CEO of Haleon, (formerly GSK Consumer Healthcare) with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to Haleon’s split from GSK, McNamara served as CEO of the Haleon division and before that CEO of GSK Consumer Healthcare. McNamara served on the Board of Trustees on Treloar’s as well as Chairman and Board Member to Global Self-Care Federation. Previously McNamara worked in various Presidential roles at Novartis and worked at Procter & Gamble for 16 years within Product Supply and Marketing divisions.
Modé is currenly the CEO of the Grupo Boticário. He joined the group in 1999 having worked in the legal department working his way up to CFO in 2004. Prior to Boticário, Modé served as a legal manager for lochpe Maxion. In addition to his role as CEO at Boticário, serves as a Counselor for the Boticário Foundation. Modé earned a Master’s Degree from PUC-PR and a degree from the USP Law School.
With more than 20 years of retail experience, Moskowitz was appointed CEO of Forma Brands after the company was acquired and emerged from bankruptcy in April of 2023. Moskowitz was an operating partner to Forma Brands before being appointed. Previously, Moskowitz served as CEO of Outdoor Voices and a Manager to InterLuxe Holdings.
Sue Y. Nabi, an Algerian-born French entrepreneur and innovator in the world of global beauty, took over the role of CEO at Coty Inc on September 1, 2020. Previously, she served as Worldwide President of both L’Oréal, and Lancôme, during her 20-year tenure at L’Oréal. Nabi began her career at L’Oréal in 1993, where her passion, ambition and talent for bringing brands alive would lead to her becoming the youngest ever CEO in L’Oréal history for L’Oréal Paris. During this period, Nabi perfected her signature recipe for success of strong innovation pipeline, disruptive packaging and finally a choice of diverse muses, both women and men, that people felt close to. Evolving the slogan of L’Oréal Paris to “because we’re worth it” cemented the brand’s inclusivity and after four years it was thriving in double-digit growth. In 2009, Nabi was tasked with revitalizing Lancôme. The same recipe for success was applied to make Lancôme the brand of happiness, resulting in three years of up to double-digit growth and a record turnover of €3.2b, with the launch of the most successful fragrance of the last twenty years, 'La Vie est Belle', represented by Oscar-winning actress Julia Roberts, and now the second best-selling prestige perfume in the world. She resigned for L’Oréal in 2013. She launched Orveda in 2017. Nabi has Advanced master’s degree in marketing management from ESSEC (Paris Business School) and an engineering degree in Agronomy.
Tera Peterson is Co-Founder, CEO of NuFace, a skincare device company. She founded the company with her mother (Carol Cole) and sister (Kim Morales). In addition to her current roles at NuFace, Peterson is also Chairman of the Board and Chief Creative Officer. Previously, Peterson served as the company’s VP of Sales and COO.
Schwartz is currently the CEO of Groupe Rocher, with many years of experience as CEO with other brands under the Group’s portfolio. Prior to Groupe Rocher, Schwartz served as CEO to both Yves Rocher Global and Arbonne. Schwartz has been with Groupe Rocher in various positions over the years including, Deputy CEO for the CSR and Transformation, North American General Manager, Managing Director and Business Development Manager to Stanhome Spain, and various CFO positions. Other than Groupe Rocher, Schwartz worked at TRIDEM Pharma as a General Manager, Bouygues Construction as an International Finance Manager and at Caterpillar Inc. as a Finances Manager for Delmas Mail.
Sharma currently serves as CEO to Godrej Industries Chemicals, a global patronage company in 15 industries. Sharma joins Godrej after serving as Senior Vice President to the India, Middle East and African regions for Ecolab Inc. He also previously led the Asia Pacific Industrial business for Ecolab. Prior to Ecolab Sharma worked at Diversey, beginning as the National Sales Manager and was eventually appointed Global Vice President of the Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial Laundry and Food Safety division.
Shetty has over 15 years of experience across investment banking, consulting, and client-side roles, covering a range of industries including power, media, telecom, and CPG. He considers himself to be a bit of a business generalist who strives to connect disparate dots in an attempt to bring order to the chaos of decision-making, and to organize the commercial activities that he oversees in a way that creates value for all stakeholders involved, and not just the shareholders. Shetty is married to Keech Combe Shetty, whos family founded Combe.
Suh is currently Chairman and CEO to Amorepacific, the largest cosmetic and skincare maker based in South Korea. Suh is also an active supporter to a variety of philanthropic organizations including the Korea Foundation for International Exchange. Suh follows a consumer centric philosophy for new products with active investments and continued R&D efforts to create New Beauty products that are unique to Amorepacific.
Noel Wallace became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and Chairman in 2020. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2019, responsible for all of the Company’s operating units worldwide. He joined Colgate-Palmolive in 1987 and progressed through a series of senior management roles around the world. He became President, Colgate North America and Global Sustainability in 2010, President, Colgate Latin America in 2013 and Chief Operating Officer, Global Innovation & Growth and Hill’s Pet Nutrition in 2016.
With over a decade of experience, Warnery currently serves as CEO of Beiersdorf, being appointed from his position on the Executive Committee. Prior to Beiersdorf, Warnery worked at Sanofi for five years as Vice President and Senior Vice President of the Global Consumer Health Care Division. Warnery spent 15 years at L’Oreal in a variety of roles some of which include, General Manager for the France Active Cosmetics and Consumer Products Division, General Manager for the Consumer Products of Japan, Latin America, Portugal, France, and German Garnier/ Maybelline divisions. He also served as the Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble and the Senior Brand Manager at Bacardi.
Currently CEO and Board Member to the Walgreens Boots Alliance, Wentworth is known as the founding CEO of Evernorth Cigna Health service organization. Before Cigna, Wentworth served as CEO to Express Scripts and grew it into a Fortune 22 company becoming the largest pharmacy benefit manager in the United States. Previously, Wentworth also served as President and CEO of Accredo, a specialty pharmacy under Medco. Wentworth also spent five years at Mary Kay serving as Senior Vice President of Human resources and President of its international business.
