Sky News and other media outlets are reporting that Unilever is considering selling Kate Somerville and REN Clean Skincare.

Happi has not confirmed these reports.

Unilever has been on a quest to streamline and focus on its “Power Brands.”

Kate Somerville and REN were both acquired by the CPG giant in 2015. Financials details were not revealed for either deal. The brands are part of Unilever Prestige, which also includes Dermalogica, Murad,  Paula’s Choice, Garancia, K18, Tatcha, Living Proof and Hourglass.

Dermalogica and Paula’s Choice are among Unilever’s “Power Brands.”

Vasiliki Petrou, Unilever Prestige’s founder and CEO, departed the company last month.

Efforts to streamline operations are already underway; Unilever has already announced that it plans to separate its ice cream business. Last month it sold Pureit, a water purification business.
