He succeeds his father, Michael Golden, and brings experience to the role.

Global packaging, design and supply-chain solutions provider Stephen Gould named Justin Golden as its new CEO.
Justin is the third generation of the founding family to lead the company and succeeds his father, Michael Golden. He served in a variety of roles for the company including president.
Michael Golden will transition to the roles of strategic advisor and chairman of the board.
Founded in 1939 as a small packaging supply business on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, Stephen Gould has grown into a global packaging, design and supply-chain solutions leader while remaining family-owned and family-led for three generations.
Stephen Gould has continually evolved by expanding its capabilities from packaging distribution to fully integrated design, production and logistics services, supporting some of the world’s most recognized brands today.
Under the stewardship of the Golden family, the company has grown to over 40 offices worldwide and approximately $950 million in annual revenue in 2025.
“Stephen Gould’s success has long been rooted in principled leadership and a clear sense of purpose. Justin has played a critical role in expanding our global footprint, deepening client relationships, and investing in talent and operational excellence. We are confident he is the right leader to assume the role of CEO and lead the business forward in sophisticated ways,” said Michael Golden.
