Shu Uemura partnered with Derek Lam 10 Crosby to create the backstage beauty look for his New York Fashion Week presentation designed by Lead Makeup Artist Casey Geren.
The beauty vision was all about elevated minimalism: radiant, healthy-looking skin, refined details and a luminous finish that looked effortless yet polished, said the company.
Green used shu uemura’s iconic skincare and artistry-first makeup to reimagine minimal beauty through the lens of modern Japanese artistry, bringing a fresh, runway-ready glow to every model.
“The look is all about elevated minimalism – fresh, radiant skin that feels effortless yet meticulously crafted. It’s ‘clean girl’ beauty reimagined with a touch of Japanese artistry: pure, luminous skin, subtle detail, and a glow that reads modern and polished under any light,” said Green.
