Japanese ingredient supplier Seiwa Kasei’s Vistanol GDHR-Pure is a finalist for In-Cosmetics Asia’s Innovation Zone Best Ingredient award.

The annual trade show is taking place on Nov. 5-7, 2024 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Center.

Vistanol GDHR-Pure (INCI: Glyceryl diisostearate/Hydrogenated rosinate) is a 100% natural oil and can be used as an alternative to lanolin to provide moisture and glossiness.

Benefits include a less sticky feel compared with other natural oil ingredients. When used in hair treatment at a lower-use level, it exhibits a dimethicone-like texture, and is suitable for creams, balms and other lip- and hair-care products.

Seiwa Kasei will introduce Vistanol GDHR-Pure and other ingredients at booth K-81.
