Seiwa Kasei’s Amitosoe R-PD Creates a Long-Lasting Moisturizing Effect in Beauty

Japanese ingredient supplier Seiwa Kasei’s Amitose R-PD (Dihydroxypropyl Arginine HCl) is popular for beauty items due to a long-lasting moisturizing effect.

Recently, the ingredient—composed from arginine and glyceryl—is often used in scalp care formulations in tandem with the new skinification trend.

Malassezia Furfur (M.furfur) is a microorganism which can disrupt a healthy microbiome. Seiwa Kasei checked the utilization by M.Furfur on materials and found that there are some cosmetic moisturizing ingredients utilized. However, M.Furfur does not use Amitose R-PD.

It is gaining traction the in Chinese market with its original material with the Chinese INCI name, said the company.
