Seen, the patented hair and skincare brand founded by Harvard-trained dermatologist Dr. Iris Rubin, has appointed Linh Peters as chief marketing officer.

The move builds on last year’s Series A momentum and this year’s nationwide Ulta Beauty rollout, while underscoring the brand’s commitment to accelerating growth and cultural impact. With over 25 years leading marketing for some of the world’s top brands, Peters is a leader known for uniting teams and driving growth at the intersection of brand, digital and customer experience. She’s held senior roles at Walgreens in the same capacity, Best Buy, Target, Ulta Beauty, Starbucks, Sweetgreen and Calvin Klein.
