Sabrina Carpenter is Redken’s New Ambassador

The long-blonde-haired megastar says she owes her signature locks to the brand’s demi-permanent hair gloss, Shades EQ.

Redken 5th Avenue NYC has signed pop star Sabrina Carpenter as its first global ambassador.

The long-blonde-haired megastar released two smash hit singles “Espresso” and “Please Please Please,” which reached No. 1 on the Spotify global chart and No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, respectively. Her second album, “Short n’ Sweet,” which was released on Aug. 23, was one of the biggest global debuts of 2024 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, while her already sold-out global tour begins Sept. 23.

“Beauty and especially my hair is a big part of my identity,” said Carpenter. “I’ve always dreamed of partnering with a hair brand and waited to find the right partner. It’s been the secret to keeping my hair looking its best, and I can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on together.”

The star’s new partnership with Redken is her first in haircare. Carpenter has been a longtime lover of the brand, attributing her signature blonde exclusively to Redken’s demi-permanent hair gloss, Shades EQ, which is applied by her hairstylist Scott King and colorist Laurie Heaps, who have joined the Redken talent roster.

From social media to the streets of New York and everywhere in between, everyone is obsessing over her bangs, her blonde and her blowout. This is our biggest partnership to date, and we couldn’t be more excited.”

Sabrina’s first campaign for Redken’s acidic bonding concentrate collection will launch on Sept. 19 with additional campaigns spanning both consumer and salon professionals to come.
