Nudestix Inc. has been acquired by a US-based private group.

The partnership provides resources and infrastructure to deepen global growth, strengthen distribution, and expand innovation.

The company’s founders, mother-daughter Jenny and Taylor Frankel, will remain in their current roles, ensuring continuity of the brand’s vision and leadership.

“This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for Nudestix,” said Jenny Frankel, cofounder and CEO of Nudestix. “By joining forces with a strategic partner that shares our vision, we can accelerate our growth, strengthen our distribution, and continue to lead the Nude Standard of Beauty on a global scale.”

Founded in 2014, Nudestix has grown from a mother-daughter startup into a global brand recognized for being at the forefront of nude beauty innovation, leading a minimalist multitasking makeup movement defined by effortless, clean and versatile products. Hero products such as the Nudies blush, bronze, and glow all over face color sticks, once sold every 60 seconds, have inspired the rise of cream makeup stick dupes. Today, Nudestix has fostered a loyal community of minimalist beauty enthusiasts, is sold in more than 30 countries through leading global retailers including Ulta Beauty, Sephora Global, Selfridges, Macy’s, The Hut Group, Douglas Group and Shoppers Drug Mart.
