MFG Chemical’s VP Operations, Dr. George Graham, has joined the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Engineering Ethics.
Dr. Graham leads the operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, customer service and procurement teams at MFG Chemical, a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals with six plants dedicated to meeting customers’ needs with the highest product quality and safety standards for a wide range of markets served.
“I look forward to contributing to the National Institute for Engineering Ethics (NIEE) and promoting the highest ethical values which are practiced every day at MFG Chemical,” said Dr. Graham.
The NIEE is dedicated to advancing the understanding and practice of ethics within the engineering profession. Administered by Purdue University School of Engineering Education, NIEE develops resources, promotes education, and fosters dialogue to strengthen ethical responsibility across engineering education, research and practice.
With over 30 years of experience, George previously held vice president and director positions in the chemical manufacturing, automotive manufacturing and construction industries. He is a licensed professional engineer, member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, a senior member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, holds two US patents and has published 16 scholarly articles.
Dr. Graham earned a PhD in engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
