MFG Chemical has added to its domestic and international customer service and logistics staff.

Having hired international and customer service professional Kim Curtis earlier this year, MFG Chemical has now added logistics expert April Goins to the domestic service team. Goins brings experience in negotiating the best freight rates and tracking shipments, saving customers’ time and money. Prior to joining MFG Chemical, April developed her skills as a logistics coordinator and team manager at Universal Marketing Systems and Beaulieu Commercial. MFG Chemical has also implemented its operational excellence software program OESuite, which improves information and workflow management resulting in better organizational alignment, production operations, risk assessment and mitigation, maintenance and employee safety. In other news, MFG Chemical celebrated International Customer Service Week in October under the theme: “The Magic of Service.” “It’s wonderful that MFG takes the time to show appreciation to its front line service members who are providing world class service and to show appreciation to our customers for their support in 2019 and loyalty going into 2020,” said Kim Curtis, customer care manager.
