MAC Cosmetics is unapologetically flipping the “nepo baby” (children born into fame) narrative with a new Born Famous campaign to celebrate the brand’s new Lipglass Air non-sticky gloss, the next-gen evolution of its cult-favorite Lipglass.

Starring Amelia Gray with mom Lisa Rinna, Zaya Wade and Francesca Scorsese, the campaign celebrates those born into the spotlight who are now redefining it on their own terms.

By reclaiming the “nepo baby” discourse and recasting it through the lens of beauty, ‘Born Famous’ proves that being iconic isn’t inherited – it’s earned. And in MAC fashion, it’s very glossy.

Lipglass Air delivers ultra-reflective shine and finish, but with a modern, non-sticky formula. Available in 10 sheer, lip-conditioning shades, it’s designed to layer, line or live on its own.

Y2K Nostalgia

The campaign was shot by fashion photographer Sharna Osborne and features early 2000s tabloid-inspired visuals (paparazzi, blind items and baby tees). It taps into Y2K nostalgia with MAC’s signature rebellious edge, officials said.
