MAC Enters Its Sleek Satin Era with New Lipstick Collection

MAC is in its sleek satin era.

The brand has just released MACximal, a remastered version of its signature satin lipstick that the makers say is “maxed out” with a new pigment-rich, sleek satin finish and hydrating formula that appears richer with a creamier feel and smoother glide.

The new MACximal comes in the following shades: blankety (soft beige-pink); creme d’nude (pale peachy beige); espresso yourself (new, blackened orange); film noir (deep cool brown); tilted denim (pale dusty blue); violet vapour (electric violet); and in the clear, a transparent lip balm that hydrates lips for eight hours and doubles as a topcoat to polish any look.

In terms of packaging, MACximal Sleek Satin Lipstick is housed in a high-shine packaging design and MAC embossed bullet on the inside. The lipstick case features PC material and each formula delivers a signature vanilla scent.

Lip Pencils

Along with the new lipsticks, MAC is introducing 10 new lip pencil shades. These new shades include Caviar (black shade); Root For Me! (cool deep neutral); Grape Expectations (deep purple with blue undertones); and Greige, a mid-toned dirty neutral in sync with New York Fashion Week.
