Top Spa Treatments for 2026

The popularity of Korean skincare continues to boom.

Focused on achieving a glass-like complexion through a hydrating multi-step facial, intense cleansing is followed by laying multiple serums and masks to boost collagen, even tone and achieve the desired K-beauty dewy glow.

Maddie Cridge, a spa therapist at SpaSeekers.com, commented on the popularity of the trend: “Korean skincare has been popular around the world for years now and it shows no signs of slowing down. The reason people are so drawn to the products and treatments is because they are genuinely effective and are all born out of it being the norm in Korean culture to look after your skin from a very young age.

“Glass skin facials are also part of a long-term approach that make use of gentle ingredients, that can provide better results than ‘quick fix’ treatments and products.”

Biohacking

Following Korean facials, biohacking has also piqued the interest of health and tech fans alike with a 100% yearly search increase. Innovations in the space like infrared heat, LED light therapy and frequency-based stimulation are used to optimize cellular repair, boost circulation and enhance longevity.

Other wellness treatments and experiences that make the list include “sleep-focused experiences” that gaining in popularity.
