Innospec Performance Chemicals Names Heather Naef-Owen Commercial Director of Chemtec

Global specialty chemical company Innospec Performance Chemicals has named Heather Naef-Owen commercial director, Chemtec.

Naef-Owen brings more than 25 years of experience in the global personal care industry with previous senior commercial roles in chemical manufacturing, distribution and third-party manufacturing, working with companies such as Ashland, Univar and Omya. She has an MBA in business management from Pepperdine University CA and post-graduate qualifications in formulation chemistry from UCLA. Most recently, she has been a consultant in the industry leveraging her knowledge of marketing, distribution and sales strategy.

In her new role, Naef-Owen will be responsible for all aspects of the commercial activities of Chemtec, including management and acquisition of principles, customer relationships, development of the sales team and growth of the business in California and across the US. She will also work closely with the local team on accurate forecasting for the business to improve inventory management.
