Join experts from pesticide companies, including those who specialize in registration, regulatory, legal, marketing, R&D and logistics, for HCPA’s 2025 Pesticide Regulation Workshop on Sept. 30-Oct. 2 at Steptoe’s office in Washington, DC.
Day One will provide an overview of pesticide registration, including the definition of a pesticide, types of registrations, product development considerations, import and export, and building an application package.
Day Two will discuss reporting and record keeping, data compensation, registration review, enforcement, inert ingredients and tolerances and take a deep dive into state pesticide registration.
Day Three will allow attendees to participate in a practicum, using the knowledge gained throughout the workshop to build a pesticide application.
Over the course of the event, representatives from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will provide updates from the antimicrobial, biopesticidal and registration divisions, as well as a walk-through of MyPest.
