David Harwood and Peter Schroeter-Denzin have joined Gelest, Inc. as European sales managers. Based in Edenkoben, Germany, Harwood is responsible for establishing, supporting and growing business opportunities in Europe in pharmaceuticals; chromatography & diagnostics; contact lenses; optical polymers and microelectronics. He joins Gelest with more than 25 years’ experience in sales and business development management in varying roles at MinAscent Technologies, Polysciences Europe and Raschig. Schroeter-Denzin, based south of Hamburg, Germany, is responsible for establishing, nurturing and growing the business relationships throughout Europe in industrial polymers, paint & coatings; adhesives & sealants; rubber and other industrial applications. He brings to Gelest 25+ years’ experience in sales, key account management, market development and engineering in varying roles at Eastman Chemical, Chemtura, Ineos & Albis Corp.
