Lash and brow serum brand Grande Cosmetics is taking on new leadership.

Founder Alicia Grande is stepping into the role as the brand’s chief visionary officer while Sabeen Mian has been tapped brand president. Mian joins Grande Cosmetics following her two-year tenure as president of the Lash Division at Performance Beauty Group, Grande Cosmetics’ parent company.

In her expanded role, Mian will lead Grande Cosmetics alongside fellow Performance Beauty Group brands Lilly Lashes, Velour Beauty and FlutterHabit.

“Stepping into the role at such a trusted and heritage beauty brand marks an exciting future for Performance Beauty Group’s Lash Division,” said Mian. “I’m eager to build upon the foundation built by Alicia Grande and work alongside her in this next chapter of innovation.”

Mian brings expertise in omni-channel commerce and strategic brand development. Her background includes senior leadership positions as president at Beauty Pie and multiple executive roles at IPSY. Throughout her career, she has built brands from the ground up, accelerating omnichannel expansion across DTC, wholesale and Amazon.

Grande Cosmetics earned its reputation through the viral GrandeLASH-MD Lash Serum, whose following is owed to its clinically proven lash enhancement results. Over 10 million bottles of GrandeLASH-MD have sold since launch, with one bottle purchased every 15 seconds, according to the brand.
