Future Beauty Appoints Rob Keen as Chief Executive Officer

He brings more than 20 years of serving in leadership roles within the consumer space.

Future Beauty, a portfolio company of Happi Top 50’s Yellow Wood Partners, welcomed consumer brands executive Rob Keen as its new chief executive officer.

Keen brings more than 20 years of serving in leadership roles within the consumer space.  Most recently, he served as CEO of Applied Biological Laboratories, a biotech startup focused on providing  natural medicines and supplements.

He also served as CEO North America of Norwex, a home cleaning and personal care direct-selling business. Prior to that, he spent eight years as CEO North America of the plant-based personal care brand Weleda, where he led the company to record growth.

Earlier in his career, Keen led global brand development for TreSemmé hair care at Unilever. He also worked at Alberto Culver, where he served as the director of marketing.

He succeeds James Stammer, who has served in the role since January of 2021.
