Beyoncé has another hit on her hands…er, website. The music and media icon is launching Cé Lumiére eau de parfum. Available exclusively on www.parfum.beyonce.com, the fragrance follows Cé Noir, which debuted last year.
Cé Lumiére, an eau de parfum, has top notes of Madagascar black pepper and Italian mandarin; heart notes of jasmine sambac absolute and rhubarb, and base notes of Indonesian patchouli and skin musk. It retails for $160.
According to Parkwood Ventures, the company behind Beyoncé, the megastar intends to launch one new scent a year. With its gold bottle, Cé Lumiére is tied to her Cowboy Carter album. A year ago, Cé Noir complemented her album, Renaissance.
Cé Lumiére is sure to find an audience. According to Circana, fine fragrance remains the fastest-growing category in the prestige beauty space. Fragrance sales rose 12% in the first half of 2024.
