Barentz, a leading global distributor of life science ingredients, has appointed David Lupp as vice president, EMEA personal and home care, effective April 1.

He has successfully managed large-scale businesses, driving strategic growth and operational excellence across multiple regions and market segments, including personal care, home care, institutional & industrial cleaning, and related specialty applications.

In his most recent role, Lupp oversaw a major global business, leading a team of over 130 professionals and driving strategy for key specialty segments. In his previous leadership roles, David successfully delivered global performance while shaping long-term strategy, held full accountability for business profitability, and spearheaded initiatives to expand portfolios and strengthen market presence. He played a key role in transforming businesses from commodity-driven to specialty-focused, deepening partnerships with leading principals, and driving diversification to unlock new growth opportunities across EMEA and beyond.
