ACI’s Annual Convention Returns To Orlando This February

The session, ‘A Century of Science: The Evolution of Cleaning Chemistry,’ will take place on Feb. 5 and explore how innovation, sustainability, regulatory shifts and consumer demands drive change in the industry.

The American Cleaning Institute’s Annual Convention will return to Orlando, FL. Feb. 2-6, 2026.

Industry leaders and experts will share insights and highlight factors expected to shape the next decade of the cleaning products industry.

“A Century of Science: The Evolution of Cleaning Chemistry” will take place on Feb. 5 at the Orlando World Center Marriott. The session will explore how innovation, sustainability, regulatory shifts and consumer demands drive change in the industry. Drawing on advances in toxicology, chemistry, environmental science, industrial hygiene and related disciplines, the session will showcase both well-known and lesser-known examples of what has driven change in the industry over the last century. The discussion will also examine the technical tools currently available and address the challenges and emerging questions around product impacts and future research needs.

Keynote Speakers

Speakers will include:

Tim Botts, Vice President, North America – Global Regulatory Affairs at Ecolab, Inc.;
Scott Power, Research Fellow – International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.; and
Scott Rodrigue, Chief R&D and Innovation Officer, Fabric & Home Care and Flavor & Fragrances – Procter & Gamble.
