Procedure

PART A: Add ingredients to batch and heat to 65-70 °C. PART B: In a separate vessel, mix ingredients of PART B and heat to 65-70 °C. Mix until uniform. Add PART B to PART A at 65-70 °C. Homogenize with Ultra Turrax at 3,000 rpm for 3 mins. Start cooling down to 55 °C and add Novethix™* L-10 polymer to batch. Neutralize with Sodium Hydroxide (18%). Mix until uniform. Continue cooling down to 40 °C and add ingredients of PART E successively into the batch. Mix until uniform.
