Procedure

Phase A: Add ingredients to batch and heat to 65-70°C. Phase B: In a separate vessel, mix ingredients of phase B and heat to 65-70°C. Mix until uniform. Add phase B to phase A at 65-70°C. Homogenize with Ultra Turrax at 3,000 rpm for 3 mins. Start cooling down to 55°C and add Novethix L-10 polymer to batch. Neutralize with Sodium Hydroxide (18%). Mix until uniform. Continue cooling down to 40°C and add ingredients of Part E successively into the batch. Mix until uniform.
