Heat up phases A and B separately to 85˚C while stirring. Add Phase A to Phase B and homogenize. Cool down the emulsion to 40˚C while stirring. Add Phase C while stirring then homogenize again. Then cool down the emulsion to room temperature while stirring. Finally adjust the pH to a value of 5.0-5.5
