Procedure

Prepare (A) with gentle mixing. Once completely dispersed, add trace amounts of citric acid solution until mixture clears. Add (B) &(C) while continuing to slowly mix. Slowly blend in (D) and mix until uniform. Begin premixing (E) and once uniform, add to the main system. Continue to mix until uniform. Add compatible preservatives, dye(s) and fragrance (F). Adjust pH of system to 5.00–5.50 with citric acid solution as required. System should thicken noticeably with pH adjustment (G). Slowly add bamboo exfoliator and mix until bamboo is evenly dispersed (H). Mix gently for at least 15 minutes to reach nal consistency.

Properties

Appearance—white cream; pH—5.00–5.50; Viscosity—15,000–35,000 cPs (Brookfield DV-E @ 5 rpm, 25°C, #T-C Spindle).
