1. Combine phase A with a dispersing or prop blade and mix well. 2. Add phase B and mix until uniform. 3. Combine phase C and mix using a blender until the color is fully developed. 4. In small increments add phase C to phase AB using a dough hook with continued mixing until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. 5. Press bulk into pan by hand or with hydraulic press.
