Procedure

Add deionized water to main container and begin mixing with propeller agitator. Under moderate agitation, slowly sift N-Hance HP-40S into vortex and mix until uniformly dispersed. Add methylparaben and continue mixing. Switch to sweep agitation and continue mixing until full viscosity development. Add Conditioneze-37 (E)-PC cationic solution. Add Style Fusion complex 1 and mix until uniform. Add phase D ingredients in the order listed, one after another waiting for each to become uniform in the batch before adding the next. Final pH required: 6.6 ± 0.2.
