  • NaOH 20% in water (Sodium hydroxide)
  • pH 5.5-5.8

Procedure

Prepare phases A and B separately. Heat phases A and B separately to 75°C. Merge phases and start mixing with medium speed. Mix continously phases hot for approx. for 25 minutes—process obligatory for hydration of phospholipids. Homogenize. Cool to 30°C while stirring. Add perfume. Add C during stirring. Adjust pH. Homogenize finally.
