Part A: Disperse Carbopol Ultrez 30 into glycerin and mix vigorously for 15 minutes or until uniform. Add ingredient 3–5 of Part A successively into the batch and mix until uniform. Part B: In separate vessel, dissolve Lipochroman molecule in Schercemol CATC ester at 60–65°C. Begin cooling down and add Schercemol 1818 ester into the vessel. Continue mixing until the temperature has reached 30 °C. Add Part B to Part A. Mix vigorously until uniform. Neutralize with sodium hydroxide (18%) to pH 5.5–6.0. Mix until uniform. Add Argireline peptide and fragrance successively in order to batch. Mix well between each addition. Note: temperature may increase during the process due to high levels of glycerin.
