Charge water into mixing vessel and sprinkle Polyquaternium-10 (B). Mix until clear. With moderate mixing, slowly pour Iselux Ultra Mild (C) into the main vessel. Add Emulsil S-393 (D) to the batch. Mix until clear. Add desired fragrance and preservative. Adjust the pH using citric acid (50% w/w solution) (G).
Appearance—clear, semi-viscous liquid; pH—5.50-6.0; Viscosity—1,200-35,000 cP Brookfield viscometer RVT @ 30 rpm, spindle 5; Stability—passed 8 weeks at 45˚C, 25˚C, 5˚C and 3 F/T cycles.
