In a side kettle combine A1 and heat to 90°C with mixing until solution is clear. Cool down to 25°C. In the main kettle under a dispersing blade, combine A2 and heat to 87-90°C. Add A3 and mix until melted. In a side kettle combine B and heat to 87-90°C. Emulsify by adding B to A under low shear (~450-900 rpm) for 1-2 minutes and then increase speed to ~1600 rpm for 3 minutes. Reduce speed to 500 rpm and mix for 5 minutes. Fill into desired container between 80-85°C.
