Procedure

Add water into main vessel, add the rest of phase A one by one and mix between each addition. Start heating to 75˚C and sprinkle in phase B, mix until homogenous. In a side beaker, at RT, premix phase C ingredients. At 60˚C, add phase C into the main beaker and mix well. The gel should be homogenous. Start cooling the batch. At 50˚C, add phase E and homogenize well. At 30˚C, add phase F ingredients one by one and mix well until homogenous. Stop at 25˚C.

Properties
