Phase A: Add water into the main vessel and start mixing with a propeller mixer. Premix Amaze XT with glycerin and slowly add into the main vessel, mix until homogenous and fully hydrated. Slowly add the remaining ingredients of phase A and allow to mix. When the solution is homogenous, heat to 85°C. Phase B: In a separate beaker, add all ingredients of phase B and heat to 85°C. When both phases are heated to 85°C, slowly add phase B to phase A. Let it cool down to room temperature under continuous stirring. Change to anchor stirrer if needed. Phase C: When the combined phase AB has reached room temperature, slowly sprinkle Amaze Nordic Barley and allow to mix. Add the remaining ingredients of phase C and adjust pH to 4.5.
pH: 4.5. Brookfield Viscosity: 20000-30000 cps.
