Heat and mix Phase A in main vessel to 70°C to 75°C. In separate vessel, weigh out Phase B. At temperature, add to Phase A. Increase speed as needed to incorporate Phase B into Phase A. Once uniform, discontinue heat. Allow the mixture to cool to 40-45°C. Heat to 40-45°C, and mix until uniform. Weigh Phase D, and add slowly to the batch increasing the speed as needed. The batch will gradually thicken in viscosity. Allow the batch to incorporate evenly before proceeding to Phase E. Add Phase E. The batch may lose some viscosity but will become uniform. At 25-30°C, transfer the batch to suitable vessel.
