Procedure: 1) Disperse Cosmedia SP in water & Glycerin in Phase A with high shear (over 1,000 rpm) until uniform. 2) Combine Phase B and heat to 80°C. Mix well and then allow to cool to RT. 3) Add Phase B to Phase A while stirring at a moderate mixing rate. 4) Add preservative and then homogenize for 2 min at 2000 rpm. Product formulations are included as illustrative examples.
